There are some things that have no price, such as the wisdom accumulated decade after decade by tending these old vines with limited production.

Location: Located on a hillock with an altitude of 612 metres, at the end of Laguardia, Rioja Alavesa.

Soil: Very poor rather unusual soil, covered with small, limestone pebbles which add mineral content to the wine.

Vineyard: Tempranillo vines more than 50 years old. It’s a land that enables us to produce an estate wine with exceptional qualities for long ageing in cask and bottle.
