BELEZOS Cask fermented white
When we thought about creating a white wine our objective was very clear; to produce an outstanding white. We use the viura grape in a very careful process, which includes stirring the lees during fermentation and in the barrel, resulting in a great wine of limited production that ages with style.
Variety: Viura, 100%.
Age of Vineyard: 20 years old.
Tasting: Yellow, colour of straw. Intense aromas of cinnamon and tropical fruit. A lingering finish of baked apples.
Barrel Ageing: 12 months in American and French oak.
Bottle Ageing: More than 6 months.
Alcohol Content: 12.5% VOL.
Ideal Serving Temperature: 8 C – 10 C.
