Vineyard age: More than 15 years old.
Tasting notes: Deep cherry red with garnet red colour. Intense aromas reminiscent of forest fruits, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry jam, ripe fruit. Balsamic touches of eucalyptus and mint also appear. On the palate there is a freshness, it expresses a pleasant, subtle, well-integrated tonicity, coconut and vanilla flavours. Balanced, with notes of gourmet-type jelly beans, pleasant tannins.
Time in barrel: 11 months in American oak.
Time in bottle: Minimum 6 months.
Alcohol content: 14% VOL.
Serving temperature: 16° C – 18° C.
